There are many reasons why our used pianos can be called "Select." All our pianos have been subjected to a tremendous 38 point quality checklist. With the most important being as follows:
1. Pin Block - Inspected for structural integrity.
2. Loose Tuning Pins - Will ruin the ability to tune piano.
3. Soundcheck - Checked for fractures.
4. Harp - Maybe be cracked or broken.
5. Strings - Bass strings can be problematique.
6. Ribs - Possibly pulled away from soundboard.
7. Bridges - May have lost proper bearing.
8. Action - Problems can render the piano useless.
9. Hammers - Wearing is a common issue.
10. Trap work - Internal leverage may need overhauling.
11. Infestation - Damage for termites or insects.

All of these points are costly to repair and may make the overall cost of your piano thousands of dollars higher than your original investment. At Piano Showcase, Inc. you do not have to worry about these common issues.
